Returns Policy
We have full confidence in our products and the quality of the raw ingredients we select and the standards we apply. However, it is also essential that we get your satisfaction and that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and would like to arrange for a return/refund then you can contact us on maison@dacacia.co.uk to request processing repayment. We will refund your payment and endeavour to do so within 10 business days of the request back on to the original form of payment.
